I am proud to represent these men and women who empower people in developing nations and promote the Peace Corps mission of peace and friendship. These volunteers are making major strides to improve the lives of people and communities around the world.

I play- it's kind of like a slice-of-life LA women in their forties playing forty kind of what's their friendship like and what's their life like and so I just play one of the four friends.

Between men and women there is no friendship possible. There is passion enmity worship love but no friendship.

Men kick friendship around like a football but it doesn't seem to crack. Women treat it like glass and it goes to pieces.

A growing number of young women who have the freedom to decide have decided that career can wait and the delicious early years of their children's lives can't.

The men and women who serve in our military have won for us every hour we live in freedom sometimes at the expense of the very hours of the lifetimes they had hoped to live.

I think that we could be more careful about what we're saying to young women in terms of their expectations. It's unrealistic to expect people to always be in designer clothes. Girls growing up deserve more freedom in how they look and how they feel about how they look.

The abortion license has not brought freedom and security to women. Rather it has ushered in a new era of irresponsibility toward women and children one that now begins before birth.

I don't look so closely at women's fashion but from the 20th century on people have had the freedom to express themselves and their individualities and fashion is one of the most fundamental ways in which they do this men and women are equally able to express themselves.

The arc of American history almost inevitably moves toward freedom. Whether it's Lincoln and the Emancipation Proclamation the expansion of women's rights or now gay rights I think there is an almost-inevitable march toward greater civil liberties.
