Most of me was glad when my mother died. She was a handful but not in a cute festive way. More in a life-threatening way that had caused me a long time ago to give up all hope of ever feeling good about having had her as a mother.

At a time when unbridled greed malignant aggression and existence of weapons of mass destruction threatens the survival of humanity we should seriously consider any avenue that offers some hope.

He's a good tough producer yes. But I don't think that he's unreasonable unless he feels threatened. And when somebody's in your home I think everybody in the home gets threatened.

Most children threaten at times to run away from home. This is the only thing that keeps some parents going.

The only foes that threaten America are the enemies at home and these are ignorance superstition and incompetence.

For most of our history Americans enjoyed both liberty and security from foreign threats.

The only justification for repressive institutions is material and cultural deficit. But such institutions at certain stages of history perpetuate and produce such a deficit and even threaten human survival.

These fallen heroes represent the character of a nation who has a long history of patriotism and honor - and a nation who has fought many battles to keep our country free from threats of terror.

This is the greatest society in all of human history the greatest country ever. Many of the decisions being made in Washington today by both parties are threatening that greatness. And if we stay on this road we're on right now our children are going to be the first Americans ever to inherit a diminished country.

No one has the right to threaten the health education and well-being of children by involving them in illegal or inappropriate work.
