While it is true that Frank had a great sense of humor he was also very serious about composing music. In reality there are only a handful of skilled players who can play his most complex pieces. It takes a lot of patience to learn and requires a fantastic memory.

I love the Beatles. I haven't named any kids after them but I still really love them. They were the first group that I was ever properly aware of. In my early teens I would sometimes stay in and listen to the radio all day in the hope that I would catch a song by them that I'd never heard before and be able to tape it on my radio-cassette player.

I prefer to win titles with the team ahead of individual awards or scoring more goals than anyone else. I'm more worried about being a good person than being the best football player in the world. When all this is over what are you left with? When I retire I hope I am remembered for being a decent guy.

Jim Thorpe is someone I've always loved. He was an Olympic athlete you know and a football player from back in the day. I'd love to play him. And then there's a guy called Iceman who was a top hit man for the mob. I would love to play him. Actually it's sort of in the works so I hope it goes through.

I think what coaching is all about is taking players and analyzing there ability put them in a position where they can excel within the framework of the team winning. And I hope that I've done that in my 33 years as a head coach.

It's easier to date a football player for sure. Football players have one game a week and they practice every day but they're all at home. In basketball they're on the road all the time.

Major league baseball has asked its players to stop tossing baseballs into the stands during games because they say fans fight over them and they get hurt. In fact the Florida Marlins said that's why they never hit any home runs. It's a safety issue.

Reading isn't good for a ballplayer. Not good for his eyes. If my eyes went bad even a little bit I couldn't hit home runs. So I gave up reading.
