Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.

Poetry is not a turning loose of emotion but an escape from emotion it is not the expression of personality but an escape from personality. But of course only those who have personality and emotions know what it means to want to escape from these things.

As for the promotion of peace congresses we have had our meetings and assemblies but the promotion through them of the determined and effective will to peace displaying itself in action and policy remains to be achieved.

Imagine the peace symbol. The peace symbol has three pieces in it. One piece is emotion that's your body. Another piece has spirit in it that's your fuel. Another piece has intellect in it and that's your steering wheel. You can never overdo the fuel that goes into the body which is the emotions and the steering wheel to drive it.

Patriotism is considered to be an emotion a person ought to feel. But why? Why is it nobler to love your own country than to love someone else's?

Patriotism is not a short and frenzied outburst of emotion but the tranquil and steady dedication of a lifetime.

Intellectually I know that America is no better than any other country emotionally I know she is better than every other country.

Autism is a neurological disorder. It's not caused by bad parenting. It's caused by you know abnormal development in the brain. The emotional circuits in the brain are abnormal. And there also are differences in the white matter which is the brain's computer cables that hook up the different brain departments.

I wish that all of nature's magnificence the emotion of the land the living energy of place could be photographed.

Now it is human nature to want to eat to ones fill when hungry to want to warm up when cold to want to rest when tired. These all are a part of people's emotional nature.
