If you look back today over the last 25 years it is a fact that we have had a progressive degeneration of our intelligence community in general in particular in the field of human intelligence.

But once you are in that field emotional intelligence emerges as a much stronger predictor of who will be most successful because it is how we handle ourselves in our relationships that determines how well we do once we are in a given job.

Success in almost any field depends more on energy and drive than it does on intelligence. This explains why we have so many stupid leaders.

Look at a football field. It looks like a big movie screen. This is theatre. Football combines the strategy of chess. It's part ballet. It's part battleground part playground. We clarify amplify and glorify the game with our footage the narration and that music and in the end create an inspirational piece of footage.
