I considered becoming a priest very seriously. I wanted to travel the world. By the time I turned 16 I realized I was only in it for selfish reasons. And more importantly I didn't want to sacrifice the ladies!

The pressure on young chefs today is far greater than ever before in terms of social skills marketing skills cooking skills personality and more importantly delivering on the plate. So you need to be strong. Physically fit. So my chefs get weighed every time they come into the kitchen.

I think we lost a great deal of sympathy and support with the way in which the crisis was handled most importantly I think when we appeared to be grasping for too much at one time instead of identifying our priorities in a much more responsible fashion.

My success was due to good luck hard work and support and advice from friends and mentors. But most importantly it depended on me to keep trying after I had failed.

Methamphetamine is a hideous drug. Meth makes a person become paranoid violent and aggressive - making them a serious threat to society and law enforcement. And maybe more importantly meth users are a threat to their own children and families.

The key to organizing an alternative society is to organize people around what they can do and more importantly what they want to do.

While also importantly not wanting to dumb it down or pretend the days of 'difficult' poetry are over because we live in a pluralist culture and there's room for 'difficult' poetry alongside rap and everything else. And poetry won't be for everyone but everyone should have the choice.

For me the greatest revenge of all is having a happy adulthood waking up in my gorgeous turquoise bedroom in the morning beside a person who really inspires me. That's the best revenge a girl-loving girl from the Bible belt could possibly have. And importantly it's healthy.

Words without deeds violates the moral and legal obligation we have under the genocide convention but more importantly violates our sense of right and wrong and the standards we have as human beings about looking to care for one another.
