All of us every single year we're a different person. I don't think we're the same person all our lives.

I have a musical called Goodbye and Good Luck based on a Grace Paley short story. I also have King Island Christmas and there are 20 different productions of it this year.

Brits and Americans have hundreds of different phrases for the same thing. Luckily it's usually a source of amusement rather than frustration. A flashlight by any other name is still a torch. My personal favourite is 'fairy lights ' which we boringly refer to as 'Christmas lights.'

Every man should have laws of his own I should think commandments of his own for every man has a different set of circumstances wherein to work - or worry.

It ain't easy to break out of a mold but if you do your work people will ultimately see what you're capable of. Too often people find it easier to make assumptions and stick with what they believe. They put you in a place and it makes their job easier. The good people constantly search for something different.

I work really hard at trying to see the big picture and not getting stuck in ego. I believe we're all put on this planet for a purpose and we all have a different purpose... When you connect with that love and that compassion that's when everything unfolds.
