I was in uniform for four years and I know that heroism doesn't occur from taking orders but rather from people who through their own willpower and strength are willing to sacrifice their lives for an idea.

At the end of the day I don't need to work and I think it's good that I have the drive and willpower to get up and do something in the morning even though I don't need to.

Willpower is the key to success. Successful people strive no matter what they feel by applying their will to overcome apathy doubt or fear.

We may think there is willpower involved but more likely... change is due to want power. Wanting the new addiction more than the old one. Wanting the new me in preference to the person I am now.
