Trust me my runners aren't going to run one event while looking past it to the second event. When they get on the line for the 10K that's a do-or-die situation for them.

A teacher is never too smart to learn from his pupils. But while runners differ basic principles never change. So it's a matter of fitting your current practices to fit the event and the individual. See what's good for you might not be worth a darn for the next guy.

So we come out to Los Angeles. And we met with every network. We met with show runners directors writers everything. And what we had an idea for they didn't like. And what they had an idea for we didn't like. So we went home.

I got all the respect in the world for the front-runners in this race but ask yourself: If we replace a Democratic insider with a Republican insider you think we're really going to change Washington D.C.?
