Well I've ruffled a few feathers at all the institutions I've led. But I think that's part of leadership.
Nothing gives one person so much advantage over another as to remain always cool and unruffled under all circumstances.
Certainly going back to Sherlock Holmes we have a tradition of forensic science featured in detective stories.
