We associate the North Atlantic with cod. The motto of Newfoundland used to be 'In cod we trust.' It was a joke but it was essentially true. But there is no cod anymore. And that's extraordinary. It's all because of either greed or politics - Canadian politics.

Having two daughters changed my perspective on a lot of things and I definitely have a newfound respect for women. And I think I finally became a good and real man when I had a daughter.

For so many years I felt so insecure so inferior and I still have those moments but I have a newfound confidence since I got in shape and changed my diet.
