When it comes to energy cost isn't everything - but it's a lot. Everybody wants cheap power.

He who wants to persuade should put his trust not in the right argument but in the right word. The power of sound has always been greater than the power of sense.

There is trust in there being a Spirit who loves me and wants me to have love in my life. I trust in this higher power it is what keeps me moving forward no matter what happens.

What this power is I cannot say all I know is that it exists and it becomes available only when a man is in that state of mind in which he knows exactly what he wants and is fully determined not to quit until he finds it.

From what we've heard about George W. he has a lot issues that he wants to run on. They're positive. They're good. He thinks he's got a good vision for America.

With what all these people are saying do you think that anybody wants to be around me? They all think that I did this on purpose? That I knew that I was positive for so many years? I feel now that I'm going to be attacked if anybody sees me or if I go to the office.

It's a problem for him because he's got - like Edward VII had - nearly all his lifetime to wait until he becomes Monarch. What is he going to do with it? So he wants to do something positive but he always courts those dangers.

I think I make films to help bolster and feed the part of me that wants to remain in a positive relationship with the world and to engage in it. So hopefully in non-sentimental ways I'm trying to make something that helps make me happy.

Imagine a civilisation that's way in advance of us wants to communicate with us and assist us in our development. The information we provide to them must reflect our highest aspirations and ideals and not just be some crazy person's bizarre politics or religion.

There's a nastiness out there that wants to harm me with words. These are my enemies - the ideologues the populists the columnists who don't like the fact that I take them on toe-to-toe. What I try to do is tell the truth. It's not the coin of the realm in politics.
