I've learned to trust myself to listen to truth to not be afraid of it and to not try and hide it.

Sometimes you don't know who you can and cannot trust. I still learn that over and over again.

I learned you can't trust the judgment of good friends.

The chief lesson I have learned in a long life is that the only way you can make a man trustworthy is to trust him and the surest way to make him untrustworthy is to distrust him.

I hope to have more time to think to look at the sky dealing with less crisis management to learn another language to travel.

There are days when I intentionally don't write. For instance I never write when I'm traveling because travel is a situation where I can learn more by looking and listening than by working.

The more you travel the better you get at it. It sounds silly but with experience you learn how to pack the right way. I remember one of my first trips abroad travelling around Europe by rail fresh out of high school. I brought all these books with me and a paint set. I really had too much stuff so I've learnt to be more economical.

We travel to learn and I have never been in any country where they did not do something better than we do it think some thoughts better than we think catch some inspiration from heights above our own.

There are so many things I want to do. Like I want to get an artist a musician a photographer and a bunch of dancers that I know and just travel across Africa and just film it and just see what happens. Do and learn as much as I possibly can. Luckily I have a lot more time.

All travel has its advantages. If the passenger visits better countries he may learn to improve his own. And if fortune carries him to worse he may learn to enjoy it.
