Our soldiers have nobly fought to protect freedom since our country's birth and have fought to protect those that could not protect themselves even in foreign lands when called upon.

Latinos have fought in all of America's wars beginning with the Revolutionary War. Many Latinos are fighting and dying for our country today in Iraq just as several of their ancestors fought for freedom in Mexico over a century ago.

New ideas should confront old ideas. We must refer to the example of Europe. People have fought to make Europe what it is today. Freedom is not something that is served up on a plate.

The hope of the nation which throughout the nineteenth century had not for a moment reconciled itself with the loss of independence and fighting for its own freedom fought at the same time for the freedom of other nations.

At the time when this famous historical battle was fought in Kosovo the people were looking at the stars expecting aid from them. Now six centuries later they are looking at the stars again waiting to conquer them.

The Negro people of America... have cut our forests tilled our fields built our railroads fought our battles and in all of their trials they have manifested a simple faith a grateful heart a cheerful spirit and an undivided loyalty .

President Obama and his radical feminist enforcers have had it in for Catholic medical providers from the get-go. It's about time all people of faith fought back against this unprecedented encroachment on religious liberty. First they came for the Catholics. Who's next?

Life has a certain flavor for those who have fought and risked all that the sheltered and protected can never experience.
