I enjoy making solo albums because over the years it's evolved into more of a genuine personal expression of story-telling and day dreams and I work in a way that has more control.

This city can be kind of brutal so you see your dreams from every different angle but ultimately it's about acting and if you enjoy acting you will always enjoy acting.

I envy people with dreams and passions but I don't think that way. I still don't have a 'bliss' to follow. For people like me - I suspect that's most people - holding out for a 'dream' or a 'passion' is paralyzing. I just like having work I enjoy that feels meaningful.
