Imagination is a poor matter when it has to part company with understanding.

We are the miracle of force and matter making itself over into imagination and will. Incredible. The Life Force experimenting with forms. You for one. Me for another. The Universe has shouted itself alive. We are one of the shouts.

Humor is very very risky particularly for a candidate unless he's been in so long that it just doesn't matter and he's not running for president. But it's just that people are so sensitive and so touchy and you're just going to upset somebody without ever realizing it.

Confidence is at the root of so many attractive qualities a sense of humor a sense of style a willingness to be who you are no matter what anyone else might think or say and it's true I do have a certain fondness for women that have dark hair.

Through humor you can soften some of the worst blows that life delivers. And once you find laughter no matter how painful your situation might be you can survive it.

Families are the tie that reminds us of yesterday provide strength and support today and give us hope for tomorrow. No government no matter how well-intentioned or well-managed can provide what our families provide.

White actors still get way more money in Hollywood. It's been that way for a very long time. I hope it'll change but it's a matter of forcing that change.

No matter how dark things may get in a story I feel it's the responsibility of the storyteller to leave the audience with at least a shred of hope.

The only thing I hope I did was never put in question my love for the game or my passion to be counted on when it mattered most.

It doesn't matter that the way of life shown by Hollywood was phony. It helped you hope.
