I like to embrace natural beauty. I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep drinking a lot of water and exercising.

I fell in love with Erica Kane the summer before my freshman year of high school. If the Frieze Art Fair catches on I imagine at least two great things happening. First we will once again have a huge art fair in town that isn't too annoying to go to. More importantly Frieze may finally show New Yorkers that we can cross our own waters for visual culture. That would change everything.

One of my favorite vacation places is Miami because of the people the water and the beach - of course - and the architecture on Miami Beach is so wonderful.

Until the Eighties Oslo was a rather boring town but it's changed a lot and is now much more cosmopolitan. If I go downtown I visit the harbour to see the tall ships and the ferries and to admire the modern architecture such as the Opera House or the new Astrup Fearnley Museum on the water's edge.

As a planning board commissioner I have to review the applications for development throughout the city and the bulk of those applications have been for the waterfront. I think the progress the waterfront has made is amazing.

I'd do pretty much anything to get back on stage. I'd like to develop a new musical. I nearly had a heart attack when I heard that they're developing John Waters' Cry-Baby because that is so amazing and super and wonderful and I wish that I could be involved. But it's not the right time and I understand that. But I hear things like that and I get that little tingle in my stomach.
