Saturdays and Sundays America in the year 2009 does not in some ways differ significantly from the country that existed almost 50 years ago. This is truly sad.

I've traveled around the country and I read local newspapers and all of that and it's a sad sad thing to go from city to city and see the small newspapers and they're tiny. They're tiny not only in size but also in scope.

I think the crux of the matter was that if we were going to become partners in for example the International Space Station we had to gain the respect of a country like the United States and particularly its space organization NASA.

I don't believe in God personally but I have great respect for those people who do and different people have different religious views in this country.
