It's easier to sit there and say you don't like feminists because they don't have a sense of humor.

Absurdity is what I like most in life and there's humor in struggling in ignorance. If you saw a man repeatedly running into a wall until he was a bloody pulp after a while it would make you laugh because it becomes absurd.

If you can get humor and seriousness at the same time you've created a special little thing and that's what I'm looking for because if you get pompous you lose everything.

Humor is something that thrives between man's aspirations and his limitations. There is more logic in humor than in anything else. Because you see humor is truth.

You learn timing on the road. You learn structure and how to read an audience. You learn so much about the business of laughter that you can't learn on a set because it's all on you. Sometimes you bomb and you know not to tell that joke again... You just hope people find the humor in the awkwardness.

Wherever my story takes me however dark and difficult the theme there is always some hope and redemption not because readers like happy endings but because I am an optimist at heart. I know the sun will rise in the morning that there is a light at the end of every tunnel.

In live action movies you just hope that everything works. Because the actor may had a bad morning and doesn't play good or accidents happen continuously. Many things contradict what you are trying to say. But in cartoons nothing contradict what you want to say.
